GHA interlayer heating & circulating stainless steel temperature--controlled drum is essential laboratory equipment in modern leather-making industry, which is mainly used for test of various leathers in small batch and varieties, thus achieving the best processing technology. The equipment is suitable for wet operation in preparation, tanning, neutralizing and dyeing processes of leather-making.
GHA-R801 Interlayer Heating & Circulating Stainless steel Temperature-controlled Tanning and Dyeing Laboratory Drum is made of stainless steel with better quality and easy for cleaning than traditional drum. Besides, the tannery drum adopts the method of heating through interlayer, the liquid between interlayers is water which is environmental-friendly, also safe for operation.
We have two options of material for customers, stainless steel 316 L or stainless steel 304. Stainless steel 304 has cheaper price, and the quality of stainless steel 316 L is better. If stainless steel 316 L chose, the drum body will be stainless steel 316 L, the bracket is stainless steel 304, if stainless steel 304, the material of whole drum will be stainless steel 304.
