1.What’s your minimum order quantity?

PU Mouldings’ MOQ is 100pieces. If you need custom mouldings, the MOQ will be one 20GP.

 

2.How about the payment?

30%T/T in advance, balance 70%T/T before shipment.

We will E-mail you a proforma invoice with our company stamp first, after you confirm the proforma invoice, you can pay the deposit. We arrange to produce products after the payment in our company bank account. And all products pictures and package pictures will be sent to you before delivery. We will send goods after we receive the other 70% payment in balance. 

3.What’s the advantages compared with PS material?

In aspect of fire resistance, corrosion resistance, heat insulation and heat stability, the PU material is superior than PS material. PS material is made of recyclable waste plastic material , so it is not environment friendly. and it contains many toxic substances. PU moulding made of synthesis material polyurethane, so it is eco-friendly and no toxic gases emission. 

 

4.How long will your products keep intact?

At least for 70 years.

 

5.How long is the production time?

It depends on which and how many products you ordered. The production time of conventional size mouldings will be shorter than big size mouldings. For example:

Breadth:150mm  production capacity:30pieces/day

Breadth: 40mm  production capacity:60pieces/day

 

6.Can you send me a product sample before I place an order?

Yes, samples can be FREE for you if you can pay shipping charge only.
